My Protein MyPre Review
I was sent the Blue Raspberry and the Sour Apple flavour. So far I've tried the Blue Raspberry (product nutritional values are same across all flavours).
I mixed a single 15g serving with 10oz of water as described, 30 minutes before my workout. As others have observed, the colour is BRIGHT!
Taste was good. It's a strong taste, but pre workouts need that to mask the taste of the other ingredients (especially creatine ethyl ester). You may want to try diluting it further as its pretty concentrated. There was still a slight aftertaste of the stronger tasting compounds, but nothing to complain about. Happy to drink it liesurely in the car on my way to the gym.
This did not give a hyper buzz as I was expecting, but did indeed reduce fatigue. I am very tolerant to caffiene however, so 200mg does not hit me (I still had my three spoons of instant coffee alongside).
The compunds cover all bases as a pre workout, and I reduced my intra workout BCAAs as this contains 4g of BCAAs anyway.
A good product which I would consider buying as a pre workout on those days...
