My Routine - Comments Please

Hi All,
I'm new to this forum so bear with me.

I was wondering if anyway could have a look at my routine and add any comments/opinions on it.
I'm looking to build and get toned but not get massive (if you know what I mean ??)

Here Goes:-
Monday - Chest/Triceps
5 Mins Cardio (Warm-Up)

Flat Bench DB Press - 3 x 10
Dips - 3 x 10
Decline BB Press - 3 x 10
Tricep Pulldowns - 3 x 10
Incline DB Press - 3 x 10
Skull Crushers - 3 x 10
Incline Flies - 3 x 10

Tuesday - Rest Day

Wednesday - Back / Biceps
5 Mins Cardio (Warm Up)

Lat Pull Downs - 3 x 10
Preacher Curls - 3 x 10
Bent Over Rows - 3 x 10
Killer 21's - 3 Sets
Seated Row - 3 x 10
Unsupported Concentration Curls - 3 x 10
Abs

Thursday - Shoulders / Biceps
5 Mins Cardio

Seated DB Press - 3 x 10
Unsupported Concentration Curls - 3 x 10
Upright Row - 3 x 10
Preacher Curls - 3 x 10
Shoulder Press - 3 x 10
45 Degree Scarecrow's - 3 x 10

Friday - Cardio / Abs

10 Mins Treadmill
10 mins Crosstrainer
10 Mins Bike
10 Mins Row

Approx 30 mins Abs

    You are training Biceps on wednesday and thursdays which very bad, 1 day a week a most. You dont train legs neither - dont you think you'll look silly in 12 months time when you have a developed upper body and stickman legs?

    Read the thread that tuffnutt has posted and this will put you on the right path.
