My Split
Hi guys my split looks like this
Monday - delts and bi's
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - Chest and Tri's
Thursday - Legs and abs
Friday - back
my question is is it a bad idea to move my leg workout to tuesdays and do back the day after chest??? will this effect my back or chest work out??

I would keep it like it is right now, four days straight of training and 3 days rest won't give you good results IMO. keep back/chest day separated as well. the option you have ATM i think is to move back to mondays and do it with delts/bi's.

I'd have thought this would make more sense
Monday - chest/tri's
Tuesday - back
Wednesday - REST
Thursday - delts/bis
Friday - legs/abs

the wednesday rest is good, but I have always found it beneficial to do back with triceps.

if you are going to do a four day split then rambop has it spot on, plenty of rest between the big compounds..if you wanted to you could add somespecific lower back work to the back day or some core work too..
