My Training routine

hi,

here is my training routine but my chest does not seem to grow

Mon - Chest
Bench 4 sets
Incline dumbell press 4 sets
Incline dumbell Flys 4 sets
Straight flys 4 sets

can u help with this routine how does it look and what do i need to chnage

    IMO your doing to many sets, 9-12 sets is enough for chest. Do Dips they are great for mass. work in the 5-10 rep range. try this...

    Dips - 3 sets
    Dumbbell or Bench Press - 3 sets
    Incline Flyes - 3 sets

    weighted push ups/dips 4x6
    DB flat bench 4x6
