ive never seen lat pulldown explained like that lol
Its a weird split but i guess its how you like it,why arent calves on Thursday with your other legs routine rather than on there own on a Monday?
And the same for shrugs when you have your back routine the day after?
Am i just been stupid or am missing something? Apologies if i am.
Its early on a monday and i need more coffee me thinks

Biceps i would do 4x6 and i would drop the db curl, but that is just my pref.
After 4x6 on the barbell/EZ ive only got some left for hammer curls, but maybe i am just a wus.
And i would say you can drop the single arm pulldowns as well, if you have done skulls and cable pull downs already i dont think there is any need for single armers

I wouldn't bother with giving tri's a seperate day , just chuck them in with chest or shoulders.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

yeah totally agree, get on a 3 day split i reckon, if your committed to doing 4 days then just repeat day one at the end of week one, so your 2nd week starts on day 2 and you repeat that again at the end of the week, and the same for week 3.
That way your hitting each set of muscle groups twice as hard once every 3 weeks

yep would usually agree but my tris have responded very well to a day on their own, plus with it being the friday i only am in the gym for about 40 min, but thats the day i do my stomache as well, so its not all triceps, i only do one day for my abs and obliques, so they take up quite abit of time, sorry i forgot to add any of that!

yea it is abit weird but strangly its working very well LOL, i do calves and shrugs on a seperate day so i can concentrate more time on them, so on my leg day i soly work on my thighs, i dont want to do my calves last minute of the workout and not properly work them, same for shrugs.

The lat pull down things has added alot of width to my lats.
