My back is getting too big...

Hi All
Just after a bit of advice, I have been training for a while now and I don't like how my back is looking. It has become very wide. My aim is to get a streamlined lower back with more emphasis on the definition on my upper back i.e deltoids
Can anyone suggest any exercises to do / avoid?

    Are you saying your lower back is too wide...? Or do you mean lats?
    If your lower back was wide then surely you just need to cut down your bodyfat? If you're saying your lats are too wide then... I wish I had that problem!

    I don't see how any bodypart can get too big.
    I can understand an imbalance in size would make you unhappy, but too big? Train the rest of your body to catch up?

    Still waiting to dead 300kg......

    as mentioned is it the upper back or lower back that is getting bigger?
    If its the upper back then best to maybe just let it rest for a bit and dont train it so hard, if its more of a case of bodyfat then it will be cutting that you need to do to get your size down a bit

    your back can never be too wide.
