My breakfast pancakes

Thought I'd share this

6 egg whites and 1 yolk
1 banana
60 grams of oats

chuck it oaal in a blender, then use some low fat spray for the frying pan and cook the pancakes, makes about 4 of them.
Also for a change add cinnamon or vanilla flavorings.

    my current mix (on cut)

    5 egg whites, 50g oats , 1 scoop of whey , = about 48g protein ,38g carbs 5g fats

or with 200ml milk 54 pro 48 carb 6 fat

quick and easy breakfast with everything you need (you can adjust to fit your need as you like with ease)

Instead of making a large one make lots of little american style pancakes (about 8 from my mix) there easyier and quicker to cook

Thanks for the idea, I had a go yesterday and they came out really nice. I just had 50g of oats, 1 egg, 1 egg white, salt and pepper.
