My current Diet seems to be a takeaway every day...

Well im a uni student and moderately active in the gym and some random exercise like football or jogging.

At the moment my diet seems to be waking up and eating something pretty small but leaving pretty much the whole day to eat a takeaway

I can imagine im either hitting my 3000cals a day for basil metabolic rate which was tested when i was even lighter, if not a little bit over my daily allowance.

Its just too easy at uni to get in a takeaway, can this be sustainable for a few more weeks or will i start affecting my health?

Have to admit my usual weight is 14st 7lbs i got down to 13st last year and now im around 16-17st. Time to cut but i should just eat what i want until my bday in 2 weeks then cut

You will be eating enough carbs to be a marathon runner!! (depends on take away but usually things are breaded, battered, chips, coke and no veg!!)

you can make good takeaway options

kebab- any type of shish in pitta or wrap with loads of salad and hummous
    or
indian - tandoori, boiled rice with some raitha for sauce

most places you can choose really good options just takes a little thinkin and willpower!
