My day to day Progress

ill tell you what guys if you want i will give a day by day progress , if i can get on here everyday.
Day 2- 35 mg dbol
200mg deca
the shot was diffrent because it was more than than the test e but everything went ok just alittle bit of soreness. Also when i lifted it was amazing i could just keep going through sets like i wasnt even tired ( mental i think) but whern i was jumproping ( i am an athlete i need to keep my agility) i felt like my heart was going to jump through my chest prolly because i am out of shape but still worried me alittle.




Diet
- 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2c oatmeal, 1c bananas or stawberries
- Protein Bar
- 8oz Steak, 12oz salad with vinegar and oil, 1c 4 slices of cantelope
- post work out Protein Shake in milk
- 8oz steak, 3 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter
- Protein/Carb Shake in milk
- 8oz Ground Beef, 4 oz Potatoe
- 2 cups of fruit
- Protein Shake in 12oz Milk

Workout-
Squat- 275 8x3 Speed squats ( i go down slow and i explode up HARD)
Shrugs- 315 5x burn out
RDL- 225 4x15
Leg Extensions- 5 sets to burnout
3 way shoulder raises- 15's 4x20
Jog .5 mile and jump rope

    Day 3
    35mg of dbol
    No work out because it is my day off i am going to do somelight sprint work.
    Diet - same as day before just 2 bags of tuna before work.

    Thanks for the advice with the d-bol guys i have had mixed opinions on it and i am going to stick with 35mg. but again thanks guys.
    I dont know what it is but i just feel big i think it is all mental but hey i am not complaining at all.
