My diet??

alrite guys just thought i'd post up my diet that i'm currently eating and seem to be gaining nicely from it i am now 13 stone from 11 and half, so here it is i know its lacking in fats but stuck for where to put some in;

take 1 multivit, 2 omega3 and 1 cod liver oil tablet every morning

6:00- 150g oats in water, 1 scoop whey
10:00- 2 wholewheat tuna or chicken wraps
12;30- 2 wholewheat tuna or chicken wraps
4:30(PWO)- 2 scoops whey in water
5:30- 250g brown rice, mixed veg, tin of tuna/2 chicken breasts/120g lean beef
8:30- tin of tuna
10:00-before bed tin of tuna

drinking water throughout the day

looking to gain weight for rugby and this looks like its working thin
king of adding some fat to the tins of tuna but i dont want t become too heavy and lose my speed in rugby, any suggestions??

cheers for replies

why have you takjen the fat out and why would adding fat make you fat?

especially as you are consuming meals which are already over the top such as PPWO?

In my opinion diet is bad. There is no healthy fats, too small vegetables :-)

I think I'd burst if I tried to take that on!

i think i should rephrase the PPWO meal it should be 250g cooked brown rice as its one of the uncle bens microwave bags and the rest is or-

5;30(PPWO)- bag of brown rice (uncle bens microwave) mixed veg, tin of tuna or 2 chicken breasts or 120g lean beef

also TT i still cant find the diet i posted up as the one you keep referring me too, stuck to which one it is

cheers for responses guys greatly appreciated

Increased fat consumption in your diet will help bump calories up.

You could think about adding some healthy fats with the tuna in the last 2 meals, add healthy fats here from flax oil, seeds, nuts, natural peanut butter, oily fish, etc...

You could go with carbs instead in the 8.30pm meal with the tuna if you wished.
