How do you eat the linseeds?

What kind of IBS do you have? What foods bring on the symptoms?

    What are your stats? Goals?

The 500g of pasta in one go may be a bit too much. I can't really compare as the other meals don't have portions.

Add some vegetables to your diet if you can. Try to have either a piece of fruit or veg at most meals, if not all (bar PWO).

For fats, you could try adding oils to your shakes. Add oily fish to the diet.

heya YIB, is fruit a bad choice PWO then in addition to a shake??

i usually throw two pieces of fruit in the blender with mine as i feel like i dont get enough fruit through the day, tends to consist of 50grms whey, 50grms maltodextrin and either 2 banana's or apples or whatever else is lying about.

    fructose is not ideal PWO
so if your fruit is high in calories and high in frcutose there are better options
