My diet

I took this from http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-mass-gaining.aspx and altered it a bit. I'm 6'1" ~180, bulking right now.

06:00 Wakeup

06:30 Oats or cereal with skimmed milk
6 egg whites, 2 egg yolks
Small piece of fruit

09:30 TT V2 shake:
35g egg/milk protein
10g of peanut butter or coconut oil
Some oats
half banana

12:00 100g grilled chicken or tuna
100g of wholewheat product (bread, pasta, rice)

15:30 TT V2 shake again

17:30 Training 3 times a week

18:30 PWO shake:
40g whey

19:30 150g chicken or lean meat
70g rice, pasta or potatoes

21:30 Yogurt and some skim milk

I see a lot of this wheetabix stuff but I'm in the US and I haven't seen anything comparable at the store, in his article his shakes have 2-3 wheetabix. What does that equal to? Also any good shakes to replace those two when I get bored? Thanks!

    could add carbs to your PWO (palintose, maltodextrin/dextrose, weetabix, oats)
    you last meal has a lot of sugars: i think it should consist of slow protein(casein,quark,cottage cheese) and some healthy fats(nuts+flax seed oil)

    i live in the us, weetabix everywhere (nyc though)

    2 weetabix is i think equivalent to 50g oats
