My diet with a few questions, Any advice needed!!
Hi there, I have quite a strict diet now but I'm not trying to cut or bulk as im pretty new to it all so I and just trying to eat healthy and keep the size I have already gained and add some more hopefully.., my diet consists of-
Wake - Protien shake with 200ml skimmed milk , and Weetabix with 200mil skimmed milk and sultanas. (Also 5g creatine)
10:00 Snack - Small pot of grilled chicken breast and wholemeal pasta salad with salsa, and apple
12:00 lunch - Home made breaded chicken sandwich on Granary bread with lettuce and salsa, and grapes.
3:00 Snack - Small pot of grilled chicken breast and wholemeal pasta salad with salsa with banana
5:00 (just back from work) ?!?!?!?! 2 boiled eggs with 2 slices of granary bread (would like to know if this is too much saturated fat... Btw this is Pre workout any ideas for a different snack..if thinking this isnt suitable..?
6:30-7:30 Work out
7:30 - Protien Shake with water
8:00 Dinner 2 fish fillets/ 1 chicken breast/ 200g mince, with rice and veg
Before bed some kind of fruit..
Throughout the day plenty of water as well didnt think this necessery to add in..
Just like a general thought on this diet wether or not it seems adequate for a beginner weight lifter not looking to "bulk" or "cut" but to appreciate beginners gains etc.
Glad to hear any tips or advice I'd really like to learn and get set into good ways!
