My energy levels have dropped......on a cut

Feel totally knackered in the morning and im struggling to get up at 5.45am to do cardio before work.

When it comes around 8pm at night im ready to hit the sack!

Is there anything that i could eat to give me a boost. I knwo this may be a difficult question when im cutting.

    Try and eat most of your carbs around training. Apart from vegetables, when cutting I usually only have:

    complex carbs on wake
    complex carbs pre wo
    simple carbs pwo
    complex carbs ppwo

    ... all in small portions, this should help fuel training.

    Also, may be worth investigating ECA, especially for training, it works superbly and can gve you strength and energy within an hour - look at the "other performancing enhancing drugs" area for a thread on ECA

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    ECA stack could work.

    Maybe the odd cup of coffee as a boost.

    Fibrous carbs in most meals except PWO.
