My first training session

Hi guys! Just did my first weight lifting session at home using just a bench and my dumbell set. Just wanted to say my legs are having spazms, I cant straighten my arms, my biceps feel really hot and I can literally feel the blood rushing to them. I cant hold my arms out to the side for longer than 20 seconds the feel soooo heavy and the best thing about it all is it all feels amazin!
 
I really need to sign upto a gym though for some cardio equipment and some lower body machine :))

    Welcome.
    Dont overdo it, your body is unaccustomed to the stimuli and if you overdo it you will find yourself incapacitated for several days.
     
    Start off gentle and work your way up.

    haha keep it up!!! always harder when starting out with the aches and spazms. tomorrow u might feel you needs a rest for a few days

    lol my arms are killing me!! haha but I know its to be expected at the start :) I'll have a day or 2 rest until the aches go and then ill keep at it :)
