i take that much caffeine and i never drink coffee or tea.
i take that much caffeine and eph once early in the day, before my morning cardio which is usually 7am, then a smaller dose of say 30mg eph and 100mg caffeine before weight training. if i havent got weight training that day, ill take the eph and caffeine once a day. i also dont take it on weekends as thats just the time i give rest for my body from the 5 days i do training during the week whether weights or cardio but still keeping diet clean.
Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.
There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.
