My new cutting diet
Just getting back into proper eating now i have conditioned my body enough to train with enough intensity to warrant a high protein diet.
I am 13st 4lb and 5 foot 10
11am - 45 minutes steady cardio (cycling and jogging) tue-friday
12 - protein blend to equivilent of 40g protein, 2 weetabix and berries.
4pm - tin of tuna/160g prawns/ 150g with tlbspn of low fat mayo, cucumber, handful of pumpkin seeds or mixed nuts.
7:15pm - protein blend to equivilent of 40g protein with 50g oat powder
8:45pm - train (mon,tue,thurs... sat afternoon also)
9:45 whey shake
11pm - 120g wholmeal pasta/110g basmati rice with 150g chicken/turkey or pork
2am - 100g chicken and 80g mackerel/ 180g salmon with mixed veg (microwavable stuff)
bedtime - multivitamin
Looking into green tea supplementation.
Any advice on it or anything to add?
