My new diet, check it

hi guys,

currently wanting to cut at the moment, will i be able to loose bodyfat with this diet? I am going to use thermobol too, and use a exercise bike for my cardio. Lift weights 4 times a week

Meal 1 - 7.30am - 3weetabix, semi skimmed milk
Meal 2 - 9.30am - 4weetabix, semi skimmed milk with honey
Meal 3 - 11.45am - Protein drink (2 scoops) with a apple

1pm train

Meal 4 - 2pm - Wholegrain rice, tuna, sweetcorn and peppers. (protein shake after gym 2scoops)
Meal 5 - 5pm - Chicken salad sandwich with wholemeal bread
Meal 6 - 8pm - Chicken and brocolli
Meal 7 - 10pm - 2 tbsp of peanut butter with 250g cottage cheese.



any help and info would be appreciated, thanks.

    what are your stats? height weight etc

    how long have you been training?

    meal 1 and 2 are both lacking a protein source

    when will you do your cardio and for how long?

    what shall i have then for meal 1/2? 4hours biking a week with 20min run.

    cardio mainly between 5-8pm, wed,sat (non weight days) cardio mid morning about 10am

    meal 2 could be 1 egg yolk + 3 egg whites scrambled. add worcester sauce or chopped cherry tomatoes to flavour.

    Current stats:
    6 foot; 14 stone

    Bench press: 8 x 115kg
    Squat: 8 x 120kg
    DB shoulder press: 8 x 36kg

    shall i swap meal 1 or 2 for say 2 boiled eggs with 1 slice wholemeal toast?

    dont forget i need to loose weight with this diet!!!

    got this diet from the mens health mag.
