My new diet, check it
currently wanting to cut at the moment, will i be able to loose bodyfat with this diet? I am going to use thermobol too, and use a exercise bike for my cardio. Lift weights 4 times a week
Meal 1 - 7.30am - 3weetabix, semi skimmed milk
Meal 2 - 9.30am - 4weetabix, semi skimmed milk with honey
Meal 3 - 11.45am - Protein drink (2 scoops) with a apple
Meal 4 - 2pm - Wholegrain rice, tuna, sweetcorn and peppers. (protein shake after gym 2scoops)
Meal 5 - 5pm - Chicken salad sandwich with wholemeal bread
Meal 6 - 8pm - Chicken and brocolli
Meal 7 - 10pm - 2 tbsp of peanut butter with 250g cottage cheese.
