My new routine, with thanks to CitizenKane

Here is my new routine, it is slightly modified from a Pull/Push/Legs one written by Citizen Kane. So cheers mate for that.

I have decided to change from an Upper/Lower/Upper/Lower, not because it wasn't working, I have been adding just short of a pound a week naturally since January, I just feel it is time for a change, I have gone from 198 pounds to 216 at 6'02.

In May 2009 I was 265 pounds of solid fat!

1. Push/Pull/Legs

Monday - Push
Bench Press
Overhead Press
Dips
Skull Crushers

Wednesday - Pull
Deadlift
Bent-Over Rows
Chin Ups
Curls

Friday - Legs
Squat
SLDL
Lunges
Calves

Abs will be on rest days twice a week, sets will be 3 to 4 at 8 reps, please let me know your thoughts
