LOL, I quit a while back mate. Its the wifes dirty habit.

The log weighs in at 75kg and the farmers are 90kg each.

Never done any strongman stuff before mate.

Cleaned and pressed the log last night just because my Mrs said I couldn't but my first proper session will be on Monday.

The pins on the farmers are good for 2 x 20 plates each end taking the total weight to 170kg each. Don't think I'l be anywhere near needing that.

Log is weird at first, a definate technique to it, having such a large object in your face I found distracting, especially as I'm a 'press in front of the mirror so I can see' Bber type . With the farmers plates being loaded on top like that you will have to DL it from a very low start point by the looks of things, but once up you should be OK..... unless you are a wrist-strap dependant fairy boy

    All good fun tho

That log looks almost identical to mine which is 150lbs. The farmer you will likely need to set on black for a heavier pick as they are reaaal low. Not sure of conversion on $ but it cost me about $60 to build my own log and farmers, so you got a bargain
Did the plates come with it ? If so then you raped the seller

That is an absolute steal Tony. Be careful of those gold teeth on your log presses.

Ah right, basically then you're a fcuking cripple who can only lie down on a bench for sports nowadays?
