My now or never to get down to eleven stone diet!!

ok here it goes trying to keep it clean as possible ok my training is monday to friday cardio x5 weights twice (tue and thu) im not trying to keep an muscle as ive mucked up due to my lack of knowledge previously and being stupid starving myself and oding on eca.

ok

Wake 10.30

cardio 30 - 45 mins

11.30 200 grams of cottage cheese and a pinklady apple

2.00 1 chicken breast in some sort of seasoning and some stirfry

4.00 same as two but with 75grams of brown rice or brown pitta bread

just before sixish before i start work - pl apple

7.45 200 grams of cottage cheese

9.55 1 chciken breast or 200g cottage cheese and salad or stirfry

12ish pink lady apple

2am bed

I just want to get my stomach now as flat as possiblemaybe even some outline of abs and down to the lowest weight i can get to before september when i go to Kos then when i get back i want to start cleanest of bulks ever

    You need to keep hold of muscle.

    Any idea of rough calorie estimate as well as totals for carbs, protein and fats? ? ?

    if you want to go catabolic you can get away with eating less than that

    weight loss is not the same as cutting and you may look to lower protein, keep it to qualitgy sources, up fat and up carbs slightly

    i really just want to get the shift this last hurdle of fat round the mid section i can feel the abs coming through so i just want to drop the weight and the fat and as ive stated just get as trim and possible before the holiday and then do my first proper cut and bulk winter and next year

    when you say catabolic that can mean muscle, water and fat right

    But why would you want to lose muscle when it will help you to cut? ? ?

    i dont really have anything to cut for due to me being stupid in the process of losing my weight in the first place.

    TBH who gives a monkeys butt about abs if you are a stringy weed as a result of trying to get your abs out?

    true it just my midsection is still holding the fat my chest and upperback and arms are wkd its just the midsection that i dont like

    decide what you want to do

    we have been here time and time again

    get a 6 pack and lose all muscle mass you have at 11 stone (however little or much that may be)
    slowly cut and look far better over a longer period of time opposed to thinking abs on a beach mean anything

    it hitting home now after chatting to some boys donw the gym today they say i still got some mass on but but little theyve told me to cut but to try and take in about 1600 kcals a day. So im thinking more along the lines of 30grams of protein each meal plus either fruit of veg as carbs then on traing days complex pre work out and then a whey shake and fuit post.

    1600 calories isnt a lot, at all.

    Instead of dropping cals too low, bump the cardio up, and keep the diet clean.
