My progress pics

The first pic. was earlier this year while bulking(pretty sloppy huh?). The second is me currently slowly getting to my goal. The third is my shoulder progress. I'm pleased w/ it so far but I feel as if they're overpowering my arms a bit(they're only 16 3/4")

Cheers for kind comments. No, I'm not natural. I'm at the end of a cutter which consisted of test and tren. My bulker earlier this year was test and deca. I'm 36 yrs. old and weigh 14 stone. Been training for the past 12 yrs. though really dedicated for the past 3 yrs. I've been using gear for the past 2 yrs. The gear has helped me alot but not near as much as nailing my diet. That's by far the toughest for me. But boy does it make a difference when you stay dedicated to one. Yea, I considered shaving off the grey hairs but the wife wouldn't have it. She's the boss. Thanks again for the encouragement

Going on a cutter after my bulking this year, what sort of diet and cycle did you use to get rid of the fat? I'm thinking of doing a tren/prop/winny cycle with a < 50g carb diet for 8-10 weeks, be interesting to see what you did.

    Looking good though mate!

Basically, if it tastes good don't eat it. J/K. I've tried to stay at 500-700 calories less than my base metabolic rate. As well, I try to keep my ratios at 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20%fat. Drink at least 1/2 to 1 gallon of water/day. Cardio 5-6 days/wk. I've got one more wk. on my cutting cycle which will be 10 wks. total. It consists of test e @ 500/wk., tren hex @ 350/wk. for 6wks., I ran out of hex(boy is it expensive) so I've been on tren ace. for the remainder. I love how the tren has seemed to really harden me up.

Well done mate !!! also good to see another 30 + guy making progress. I see what you mean about your shoulders but I dont think it looks too bad at all. What sort of weights can you move if you dont mind me asking.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

Well, when I was bulking I could squat 190kgs. for 8 reps. Bench is not all that strong. 1 rep max was 140kgs. Never have had a really big bench.
Now that I'm approx. 15 lbs. lighter, I can squat 150kgs. for 10 reps. and 130kgs. for 3 reps on the bench. I'd say I'm most proud of being able to do weighted chins. I'll do 3-4 sets w/ 10-16kgs. added to my body.
