My routine/time question

Monday: 5x5 Dumbell incline
5x5 weighted dips
5x5 Seated dumbell military press
5x5 Close grip bench

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 5x5 Deads
5x5 Wide grip pulldowns
3x5 Bentover rows
5x5 Barbell curls

Thursday: OFF

Friday: 5x5 Squats
5x5 Stiff legged deadlifts
5x5 Calf raises
4x8 Weighted crunches
4x8 Leg raises
4x8 Dumbell side bends

I'm pretty sure the workout is ok, what should I do on off days? Also I workout alone and usually get it down in 45 mins to an hour, is that good/bad?? Thanks!
