My split

Hey, i'm new to all this so please bare with me.

I've changed my split recently and just wanted some opinions on it just to make sure there's nothing fundamentally wrong with it

Mon:
Shoulders, Traps Biceps,

Tues:
Legs and Abs

Weds;
OFF

Thurs
Back and Abs

Fri;
Chest and Triceps

WEEKEND
OFF

Mon;
start over

Any comments would be greatly appreciated

    Can't see much wrong with it mate.I personally would train biceps with back on a split like that.Purely because the bis would be warmed up by the back movements.Having said that,some people say that after training their back their biceps have been worked enough.Different strokes for different blokes I guess.

    i find if i have squats my abs are shot may effect the workout

    I would recommend to put shoulders with chest and traps and biceps with back to turn it into a three day split. However, some people love shoulders seperate...

    240lbs @ 13% bf

    Squats -- 475lbs
    Deadlifts -- Romanian DL (only ones I can do with an injured back) -- 150lbs dumbells
    Bench -- 325lbs

    i take it that because you have put hsoulders ona monday that you want to pay them some more attention

    there was a regime from t-nation that looked a bit like

    day 1 shoulders
    day 2 bis and tris
    day 3 off
    day 4 back and chest
    day 5 legs
    day 6 shoulders again
    day 7 off

    may be fo some interest never done it but have a look
