So it's another shape up! Last two I've pulled out for various reason - this time I'm determined to see it through and give it my all for 12 weeks and beyond.
So here are my stats:
Aim to drop as much bf as possible.
Routine will be a mixture of hiit and liss
Weights 4 times a week with the aim to cover the whole body within the 4 sessions
More focus on diet this time rather than train stupidly (1 hour cardio, 2 hours weights followed by more cardio) - this left me tired and lethargic all the time.
