Any one got any comments on my daily supplement routine below;
Morning: Ephedrine; Caffeine; Carnitine
Midday: Creatine (CEE); Whey Protein (with milk); Carnitine
Pre Workout: Taurine; BCAA's; Carnitine
Post Workout: Whey Protein (with water); BCAA's; Taurine
Hmm u should spread E in 2 doses during the day. I would take the second one pre-wo on workout days and in the afternoon on off days.
Rest sounds very solid.
