My tuna fish fajita! Takes like... 3 mins to make.

I was bored today and was looking for a protein filled snack and saw the fajita/wrap things in my fridge. So I sprinkled some cheese on em, dumped in a can of tuna, threw in some veggis (mushrooms, green peppers), and added some salsa. Then I threw it in the microwave on high for 2 mins while I grabbed a glass of milk and voila! A buncha protein.

I guess each one had about 32g of protein in it... And maybe only a few grams of fat. Not to mention not that many carbs either.

I'm not to fond of tuna... But once I douse it with salsa and some cheese it tastes ok =]

I also fry it and add BBQ sauce then it tastes good.

I like tuna myself, but for a few weeks after workouts I would eat two cans of it on its own [xx(] .....rank.

Now, Ill have my shake (whey, oats etc.) and then usually have an egg white omlette(sp?) and put a can of tuna in that......really nice, sprinle abit of cheese and some BBQ sauce. Very nice.

Adding diced tomatoes to tuna helps it make go down a lot easier since it kills the "sea taste". Apple cider vinegar also helps if you can't stomach tuna on its own.

When I was a kid I used to love Tuna mayo sandwiches, they never taste the same today until I realised that it was actually salad cream that it used to be mixed with and not mayo! the slight vinegar taste of the salad cream complements it better!
