My weight UPS and DOWNS..

In prep for a Feb 28 PL meet, I attempted to get high into the
220-242 class. Loaded like crazy on creatine, ate anything I could and flatlined at 230 a few day before contest. Once I weighed in only 226...very frustrating. Decided to drop under 220
for April 24 contest ...made the weight this morning in about 16 days of stoping creatine and just cutting portions, eating mostly proteins, low carbs. After this I was entertaining the idead of even trying to get into 181-198 class without risking muscle loss.
Last BF check was several months ago @225 with 17% with lean mass of 182...would 198 be too risky for PL? I know I should be ripped at 198!!

    I would say NO to both...I have noticed virtually no change if BW is 215 or 230...so why not look better :)))

    But dropping to 198 might be a whole new kettle of fish. Try it and see, thats all you can do.
