My weight loss

Since i was littler i was overweight, a few months ago i was 5'9", weighed 185lbs.Im 16 years old, and I decided to lose some weight because i was tired of the way i look. Now, roughly about 2 months later, i weight 155, and about 5'10". My best friend has always been fit, he weighs 158lbs, and is about 5'9". I weigh less then him, but my stomach is still kinda bulky. What can i do to lose stomach fat? I know the best result is running, witch im going to start doing every morning and night starting tomorow, but is there anything else i can do to get a flat stomach?

    Many good people on here will tell you that you can't spot reduce fat and guess what?? They are right, to get rid of the belly fat you need to nail your cardio and weight sessions, keep your diet clean with good food and you'll soon see some good results. Don't let people tell you to do 100's of sit ups each day, (this won't work), the only way to get rid of the excess fat is AM cardio, this will increase your metabolic rate for the day. Good luck in your quest it's a hard road but at the end the results will be there for you to see.

    At school all we do is workout, so ive been working out working my body, but just have some fat to shed. ive always been kinda big since i started playing baseball, getting big to hit better, and the good thing is, when i flex my stomach, i can actually feel abs
    So im looking forward to getting rid of the fat soon

    Stomach fat is really a big problem.You should do exercise.Side by side,Jump Rope,swimming,situps and also do cardio.Mainly Ram Dev Yoga means do kpalvati.It is the effective exercise.
