ORIGINAL: JDowg Since i was littler i was overweight, a few months ago i was 5'9", weighed 185lbs.Im 16 years old, and I decided to lose some weight because i was tired of the way i look. Now, roughly about 2 months later, i weight 155, and about 5'10". My best friend has always been fit, he weighs 158lbs, and is about 5'9". I weigh less then him, but my stomach is still kinda bulky. What can i do to lose stomach fat? I know the best result is running, witch im going to start doing every morning and night starting tomorow, but is there anything else i can do to get a flat stomach?
