My weight loss muscle gain journal

Starting point is 111KG. 176cm's tall.
23/07/03 - 111KG - 48% Body fat
30/07/03 - 110KG - 43% Body fat
Changed diet. Started eating breakfast, mid morning meal, no more junk food for lunch, protein bar, 40 minutes of cardio 5 days per week. Followed by high protein shake followed by protein rich dinner (eggs, chicken etc..). Still getting into swing of things but feeling much better, more energy every day.

    Welcome to MT!
You're weight training as well im assuming? whats your routine?
Cardio will help with the weight loss part of your goal, but it wont gain muscle.

    Hey thanks,
I am doing a heap of cardio, and about 30 minutes or weights each day. I am doing this with a friend of mine who is a personal trainer and has his own studio. I run down to his studio (20 minutes) work out and run back home. So far I have worked Chest, shoulders, back, legs, biceps. I will get him to put it down on paper for me. My goals are to lose weight and gain muscle. Obviosuly first things first and I aim to lose a heap of weight. Its a long process but I am enjoying it. I have really changed the way I eat and I am enjoying learning so much about body building, weightloss and diet.

    06/08/03 - 109KG with 44% body fat.

I was told that the 1% increase in body fat can be attributed to water.

I have been upping the ammount of protein every day. And I am now finding that I can run further without having to stop and walk. Also I can lift more at the gym.

Starting to do some research into ECA Stacking, hope to start in the next few weeks.

Overall, I am feeling a whole lot better. Im thinking back to the days when I would wake up with a cloudy head and no energy. I am happy with my results so far, exercise and change in diet has done me well.

DerMalePhonkMann, I am measuring bf on a set of scales which also calculates body fat. I assume its accurate, I am sure there are better ways but this is quick simple and painless.

No those scales are not accurate, more likely is that 1% increase was due to the random variation in the readings the scales give.

What are your stats out of interest (waist, thigh, etc) and wher5e would you say are your real wobbly bits. Also easiest and cheapest way to measure and track bodyfat is with calipers. (about £10)

I will have to find a tape measure and give you those stats.
Started using Stanazol 50mg every other day. Just not too sure how long I should be using for.

Rexxy - sloow down - stanozol every other day - get yourself doing a search on here immediately - not the right way at all.
If you are going to do fat loss pharmaceutically there are better ways to spend your money thats for sure.

And ditch the scales and buy some calipers - I work with an Ex-Ms Universe who has a 24 inch waist and is very lean indeed (abs just obscured) and her scales say she is 20% - a visual says she is more like 11-13% now thats a huge difference.

Now having been 44% bodyfat I would also question that stat because you say you run to and from the gym - er no - when you are 44% bf at any weight you cant run anywhere - at 111kg you defintely will not be runnig if you are 44%.

Keep up the hard work - post up a pic maybe.

Winstrol is fine every other day Lez, but agree that starting out gear should not come into the equation.

Focus on loosing the pounds first. If your 44% bf then blinking fast you'll loose weight!

    Good luck

You right, I shouldnt have had gear. But I must say that after 1 week. Im lifting more, and muscles are growing / forming definition. Also the placebo effect cant be ignored, seeing as im taking this stuff, I have no excuses for missing a traning session. Also im pushing myself a whole lot harder with cardio.

And for the first time I actually thought about that 44% BF rating, your dead right, that figure must be total garbage. However if I ignore the significance of the number and use it as an indiction that I am moving in the right direction then it can only be a good thing.

Calipers are on the shopping list now. Thanks for your input it is very much appreciated.

Rexxy - them scales are garbage - they wont marker your progress either. I know of plenty of people whose % moves 3 por 4 over the month without any actual change.

Aussie - winstrol should be part of a programme not on its own IMO, and well for the price of winny there are other things you can do for fat loss
Plus starting off on gear is nit the right way, its not that it doesnt work - but that even enhanced there are better ways.

Yup winny works quick dont it

All the best with your progress

Les, in Australia, Stanazolol depot (vet stuff) is as cheap as chips comapared to other AAS and even Clenbuterol. What brand are you using rexxxy?

I can confirm those scales are ****e. Gave me a reading of 9% and a week later (of dieting and cardio) gave me 12%. Rubbish.

DerMalePhonkMann, im using ilium (spelling?) Stanazolol, yes its vet stuff. I dont know weather or not its appropriate to write the price on this fourm however I feel its quite cheap. I also have Clenbuterol coming too.

Can someone give me a clear definition of how Stanozol actually works to reduce weight? I cant seem to find any decent clear information on this.

DerMalePhonkMann, yeah I didnt think it would be right to post prices. The Stanazolol which I have is a fairly light milky looking substance. The Clen will be Vet stuff also. Last time I had some it was in white powder form. I am assuming it will be the same again this time.

The last time I had Clen I used to mix it in with coffee or cordial. I was having a scoop of the stuff every day. Sorry to be no scientific in my measurments, but this was a couple of years ago and I was told 1 scoop (which we weighed) was the correct ammount to be taking.

I plan to have an amount every day, for 2 weeks, then switch to ECA for 2 weeks then back to Clen and so on. When I get the clen I will make a post on the Steroids forum to get some solid information on how much I should be taking.

Weigh in night tonight, im pretty confident that I have had a good week. I will post results tonight when I get back from training. My arms are showing some definition. Chest, Shoulders and bi's and tri's are firming up as are my legs, gut is slowly shrinking! Body is definately chnaging shape.

Oh yeah, I've heard of the powder stuff, it's used in the horse buisness, there is a similar product around in a gel which is meant to be better.

Stana sounds like it's good. My mates were using RWR Labs which came in 20ml bottles, but I've heard of Ilium.

Good luck with your weigh in!
