My weigts once a week only

I am a MMA fighter and train almost everday taking breaks only when I feel I need to. I have no time to do weights aswell as it mess's with my performance in the gym.

So I intend on doing a once a week set of compound movements like this

Dead Lift

1x 6 reps heavy
1x 5 reps
down to 1 rep max

Bench press the same

Squats the same

wide arm pull ups

eventually weighted

what do you guys think am interested only in strengh

    Nt sure about max squats and deads on the same day. Other than that i dont see a prob

    swap bench for dips, and do squats first aim for 5x5 on squats and swap DLs for power cleans, progressive singles.
