My work out, advice plz.


i just started this training program and i am just askin for some advice. im new to weight training. im training for upper body strength and a bit more size in shoulders, chest, legs and arms. im been training for only 1 month but im pretty keen and motivated. this is my workout..

Leg press 10x3
bench press 10x3
lat pull-downs 10x3
shoulder press 10x3
upright row 10x3
tricep push downs 10x3
curls 10x3
situps 10x3
roman chair 10x3

i do this work out 3times a wk. am i over training?? should i break it up a bit (mon arms shoul, wed bak legs, fri chest) and are there any other exercises that u would recomend?
ive been workin on my diet and i think im doin pretty well. any comments suggestions would be great.
