MyProtein whey isolate

have just got my first tub of whey isolate from myprotein, have put 30g in mixer and shook it up as normal, it all turned to froth !! is this usual as all the other protien mixes i have had never did this ?

    It's probably because it doesn't have the usual fillers and stuff. Adding oat flour/ falx seed powder etc helps.

    so you reckon this frothing is usual then , i aint got a faulty batch or anything ?

    I buy the concentrates; it always goes a little frothy. All of it turning to froth doesn't sound ideal though

    usually 75% froths but not tried the iso late so maybe email myprotein the 80% doesnt froth one bit

    This is correct mate, I own a tub of this aswell but only use at home where I can mix it better with milk and a blender. There is nothing wrong with this it is just because it is not 'instantised' for mixing where as I'm pretty certain Myprotein's concentrates are, myprotein would have to confirm this though??

    In my opinion their isolate isn't the best for post workout in a shaker with water, although as I said I use at home with skimmed milk and some blender assistance to make a creamy shake!

    Their whey80nz is the least frothy imo.
