Get Xtend. Better value for money, tried and tested and more flavours (watermelon is my favourite).

My personal favourite out of those three is grape but everyone's different. I get mine from Musclefinesse on the 10% Tuesdays but they've ended now!

Just shop around a bit and you might save a couple of quid but can't go wrong with BBW.

Yeah can;t go wrong with BBW stuff, pretty sure the numbers in it and Xtend are very similar.

I'm also with Enfant, Watermelon is very nice!
Have blue raspberry aswell, but it's a bit bitter for taking during a workout, still nice though.  Just not as refreshing as watermelon.

Bit misleading as a serving is 2 scoops but they recommend men have 4 per workout. It should last you at least a month anyway.

I usually have 2 scoops before training and then 2/4 during. You can drink it whenever though really!

    Hi
We aren't sure it is better value for money? Exceed is £19.99 for 540g Xtend is over £40 for just over 1kg? Our Exceed also has 1.7g of Beta Alanine per serving.

look around, you can get it much cheaper than £43.99

Supp centre do it at £33.99 but like myprotein you have to pay for postage.

Much better value for money though, xtend everytime.

The numbers between our own product and Xtend are identical :)

Bear in mind there is a line on the scoop of Xtend showing serving size, it's actually only about 3/4 of the full scoop. Little known fact.

The carb value on our own, plus Xtend is effectively zero. As BCAA's are metabolised in the muscle directly, there is officially no calorie value either....cool huh? lol :) I was fascinated when I started reading into it.

Watermelon Xtend approx 2 weeks :)
