Myprotein Pancake mix

These seem too good to be true.

I see nothing bad in the nutritional information and they are high in quality protein.

Would there be any harm in having these as a staple breakfast considering its mainly just protein blend powder and oat powder!?

Yes I have them as they are or sometimes with blue berries or cranberries.

Great macros and low calories too.

I also add extra oat powder if I use them around training!

Only issue i slightly have is the jury still being out on the safety of sucralose!

There isn't, as far as I know, scientific evidence against sweeteners. Isn't just a bit of anecdotal evidence backed by major league quacks?

Nothing wrong with them at all, although the packet mix is pointless.  Just regular pancake batter with some of the flour replaced with whey.  If you want a low carb version then use almond flour instead of grain based flour.

Convenient I suppose but I prefer to make my own.

Has anyone found any good guides on making protein pancakes? I love the Myprotein pancakes, but would rather make my own than having to keep buying the mix!

I tend to find it simpler (and cheaper) just to make the pancakes as normal and have a shake with it... or top with cream/cottage cheese mixed with half a scoop of white choc whey.

(it also means no-one else in the house can nick my pancake mix)
