Oh yeah SR you sir rock.
150ml water in a shaker stir in 30g with a fork followed by another 30g so it goes like a really thick paste. Quite difficult to stir like this. Then added 300ml milk stirred for about 45secs with the fork.
No lumps, no foam, much better.
Do all casein based drinks have a chalky texture to them?
