NEED A ROUTINE

hi, been trying out different routines, but i dont really know enough to do a develop a great routine.
i want to put on mass, not to bothered about cutting, as fairly slim so natuarly cut anyway.

i train 3\4 times a week.

usualy do
monday - chest, tris
wed - back, biceps
friday - shoulders

if i manage to get to gym 4 times in the week i usually do my arms and chest on the 4th day

so, any help? ive looked at some of the routines put up on here, but don't really understand them

    What about legs and abs?

    3 day split:

    monday - legs/abs
    squats - stiff legged deads - calves - weighted crunches

    wednesday - chest/triceps
    bench - dips - military press - skulls

    friday - back/biceps
    deads - rows - wg pull ups - curls

    How's that?

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    One of best tricep building exercises

    In my opinion better to train abs hard with resistance 1-2x a week like any other muscle group

    Raw dead Lift 320kg

    i used to have a good 6 pack, but now im gaining size ive started to loose it, what exercises would u recommend for best results on my abs?
