A massive drop in weight this week which I can only assume is due to the fact I have not trained legs and therefor am not holding water in them. I have lost 0.5cm from my waist but that is pretty insignificant.

I am pretty pleased with the progress pictures this week and I think they show some good progress. I have a side by side of when I started 12 weeks ago but unfortunately I did not do the same poses hence why I use the pics from 5th October. I have included the start and 12 weeks on anyway. The funny thing is that if my weight hadn't dropped this week I would be exactly the same weight in the start and 12 weeks pics.

Here are the stats:

This Week Weight - 100.2kg
Start Weight - 108.6kg (-8.4kg)
Last Week Weight - 102.5kg (-2.3kg)
This Week Waist - 85cm
Start Waist - 95cm (-10cm)
Last Week Waist - 85.5cm (-0.5cm)
This Week BF% - N/A
Start BF% - 10.8% (-2.2%)
Last Time BF% - 8.6% (N/A)

You clearly look good. Brilliant progress. One observation; in the third shot, your shoulders look over-powering. More in balance in the first shot...

Back to bodybuilding? I'm having a mid-life crisis: https://www.muscletalk.co...e-crisis-m5455232.aspx

Cheers mate. I suppose I am lucky that I can hold onto my shoulder size given the fact I am so weak at pressing with them nowadays.

Absolutely shattered today. I was in London again yesterday, so up at 4.00am and out by half past with a 6 hour journey before I reached my destination. I left at 6pm and didn't get back until 11pm. This morning I was up for opening the gym at 8am through until 4pm. Safe to say I was not looking forward to training...

The session went ok really and I quite enjoyed it. I have accepted there will be some strength loss over the coming weeks due to the cruise and I was headed that way before I came off my blast. I had no shoulder issues at all which made the session far more positive.
