thanks for that mate nice read. just come back from the gym and got to say my legs are killing!! i did
3 sets of bench press- 20kg, 30kg, 40kg
3 sets of squats- 10kg, 20kg,25kg
3 sets of dead lifts- 20kg,30kg,40kg
20 min cardio
also for my nutrition i have had so far
7am protein shake,banana
9am 50g brazil nuts
12pm 125g uncle ben wholewheat rice and 240g salmon
whilst that is cooking i am having 200g natural yogurt.
i know maybe i should be eating more but its a start.
