    I have used the raspberry flavour as a MRP.

    Had a good nutritional profile and I likes the fact that I could customise it as it came in a tub and not pre-packed satchets.

    Makes a very thick filling shake.  Excellent as a MRP.  I got sick of the taste after a while though

    I like MCT's as a fat source.

    Fibre is more important though
