Name a product/service your impressed with & one you are not (Something Recent)

I am really impressed with Netflix, in short...its only £7/8 a month (cheaper then the TV License which is £12/13 a month). It has so many things on there, more then I could ever have time for. And they endless kids programs which is great if you have kids. Its easy and simple to us unlike Amazon Videos.

Something I am not so happy with is the Nintendo Wii U, reasons being, it lacks basic features such as a built in DVD player, yea DVDs are pretty much dead, but if you have kids then they still receive them for x mas/b'days. It doesnt have BBC iplayer or any others like ITV player. and its been out for ageesss. the 9 year old xbox 360 can support these features. They try to sell games in there store for full inflated prices like £50 for a game when you can get the same game for £35 online.

[<font]I used to be a nintendo fan boy owning pretty much every console at some point. but this lack of effort from them has made me not to want to buy another one of there consoles.

I do a lot of push ups and sit ups. And I drink plenty of milk.

Apple store, in the past 6 month both me and my wife had to go to a apple store with issues with out phone and ipad, everything single time they have fixed it for free, last one was battery needed to be replaced and was 3months out of warranty and still did it.

Sky TV..... Enough said now with virgin media

Agree with Apple shop. My dad is a complete technophobe. He spent around a week in the apple shop after buying his ipad and now he can use it almost as well as me ha.

As someone who watches a lot of films I found netflix pretty wa.nk. It's good for the odd series. If you can get the US netflix it has more options.

I bought a little portable phone charger for £7 from MenKind a few weeks ago and it has already saved me twice. Dying phone seems to ne the biggest problem of the 21st century lol.

Agree with the Netflix being a great little service, esp the US version

Top of my head, I'll say Pure Gym
£9.99 a month and open 24/7, good amount of equipment too.

Something I'm not happy with? Swedish Police force for a raid they did few weeks back.

TPW gets my vote for customer service and quality of products.

Virgin mobile can go f*ck themselves.

No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

Virgin trains - me and 3 mates missed our train to Manchester because of an accident on the M25. Went to the train station and their attitude was 'chin up, that will be 70quid each'. Called up Virgin and spoke to a lad and explained our drama, we were on a train 20 minutes later for free. Couldn't believe that as customer service!

Sky customer service has always been great for me. Although sky itself is a bit ****, especially internet speed.

Also although i prefer myprotein products GOnutrition customer service is superb

BT customer service was shocking last time i had them

Agree dazzz bt do not care about their customers, we were paying for a service that didn't work.
They did all the checks on the line sent an engineer out said everyhting was fine it wasn't fine.

Off-peak Internet speeds where 4mb off peak when no one was at home, peak times the Internet speed was just shy of 1mb even though my line was capable of supporting 8mb

The speed we were getting peak times was unusable, websites wouldn't load and both of us ended up switching to our mobile Internet

Bt said tough you want out you'll pay to get out, so they cut us off and currently owe them about £400 mainly disconnection fee and equipment fee, i told them to collect their crappy equipment and out of principle I will not pay them a penny.

Now with sky, and now we have fibre installed and a constant 37mb broadband speed.

The consumer law needs changed to allow people to legally leave their mobile contacts or TV service contracts early if their not getting what they paid for, I know as it stands if your on say o2 and you don't get a signal at home at all they won't let you leave, if you can get a signal in general it's fine. My wife had this problem no signal in our new house and o2 wanted hundreds of pounds to end the contract since she was paying for a service she wasn't receiving but told nope you'll pay us if you want out and if you don't we will ruin your credit file.

You can get out of a mobile phone contract if you do not get signal at the address you signed up at. It's a legal requirement that they do a signal check using their online checker. Sounds like you moved house though so probably nothing they have todo. At the least they should give you a signal booster

This year Bodybuildingwarehouse has been amazing for me. Always delivered on time and always a little discount/freebie. Great products.

Too many services im not impressed with to even name. Mainly estate agents and banks atm

Netflix - signed up to them a month ago and been v useful over Xmas.  However, I find the navigation for finding films awful.  I must be using it wrong.

Outstanding customer service goes to the eBay business sellers department.  We have the muscletalkshop on eBay and wehn we touch base with them about issues or upping our allowance, they are always so helpful and polite.  In fact, I have called on a couple of occasions and my request has not always been completely fulfilled, but I don't mind as they are so respectful and helpful.

Netflix is a pain to navigate if you use in on a smart tv, usually we just just the search button instead of scrolling through everything. You can type in an actors name of film subject I believe, not the easiest thing to use though.

This is my issue.  I wish you could search by category or genre
