Loving sandbag twists with my back to the wall and just bashing them left and right.
15Kg bag twists against wall x15
30 inch box jump x10 (first jump from over 5ft away each set)
50 Jumping Jacks
12Kg KB each hand farmers walks 5 laps @ 40-50 yards
Complete circuit 5 times.Notes:
getting better at this cardio conditioning stuff, working up less of a sweat each time. DL's surprised me, found some remaining liquid chalk in my gym bag, clenched my paw on that 1+ set and just killed it.
I might return to conventional deadlifts, but having so much fun beasting the Hex with its fresh knurling.
