my ideas include...assuming you are a bodybuilder or work out
whey in water on waking, PWO and slow release protein at bed.
in addition 5 other meals all based around a protein source but also including other macros.
Protein to 1.5g per lb of target weight.
Oily fish for good fats (try tinned mackerel in tom sauce in tesco) its good! Swap oily fish in for one protein source daily
Minimum 5 fruit and veg per day...more is preferable and possible.
Plan a diet to include all food groups but use portion control according to your goals
And enjoy it...
I use this kinda formula for all my diets...be it bulking or cutting....if Im cutting Ill have typically chicekn tuna and veg for a meal with fruit after..(protein and other macros as suggested) if Im bulking or trying to add weight....Id have the same but with brown roll and peanut butter or with pasta and a sauce.
