Need Advice, regarding adding muscle weight loss etc *Pictures inside*

Hi, ive been on and off working out the past year, in 2007 i weighted about 14stone but got that down through the years i'm standing around 12stone or less at the moment but i want to add muscle as seen in the pictures i look unmuscley and wondering if anyone has advice on how i can get lean muscle, should i be bulking or cutting not sure if i need to lose more weight so i decided to post here, thanks for the help
 
weights workout ive been doing: monday chest biceps 12 10 8 x 3 on each and i just do 12 10 8 x3 on every workout i do including tris back,

    You definately need to bulk mate, post your diet up in the relevant section and let the experienced members point you in the right direction, you need to work out a plan that will add around 0.5 - 1.0 lb of lean weight per week, taking in enough protein, carbs and fats to allow your muscles to grow..........As for a workout then I personally beleive that a full body type routine will give you a good base on which to build, include big compound lifts and then you can add in some isolation exercises for body parts you want to pay more attention to.

    Completely agree with the above, do not lose any more weight!
