Need Help

recently i havent been able to find the time to make it to the gym (disgraceful i know) been really busy and my training is hindered due to this.

i have weights at home but i aint got a bench (need to invest) i was wondering if i could get hold of a list of exercises i could do without needing any equipment apart from the weights themselves.

i can get away with a fair few exercises in my college gym , but the free weight section is rather poor.

any advice will be helpful

    Clean and press.
    Snatches.
    Barbell rows.
    Barbell curls.
    Weighted pushups.
    Handstand pushups.
    Overhead squats.

    Sure there are loads more.

    If you get (or find) two sturdy, suitable structures that are close to each other you can do Dips.

    I remember when I first started training at home and I did Dumbbell Presses on my bed because I didn't have a bench! LOL

    i've resorted to doin presses on my bed aswell lol . i do dips at my college gym even tho i really really suck at them.
