Need a good MRP

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a good MRP shake/ powder I can take to work?

I usually buy H&B Protoplex, but was wondering if there was anything about a little cheaper?

Thanks

Cheaper? Well, MET-Rx are the best MRP IMO, in terms of taste, but not always cheap - can get it for around £20 or so for 20 sachets when on sale online and in GNC etc.

Have you tried All-in-one's MRPs? Check out www.sports-nutrition.net

I quite like USN Muscle Fuel its great value and a good mix of proteins only downside is the malto but if you have it pre and pwo that aint too bad and at £47 for 5kg who's complaining
