Need a good routine

Hi im new to Bodybuilding. I have a rough idea of what i should be doing in the gym(i think) but wondered if some one could recommened a good routine for me.I have no problems gettin to the gym and preffer training early morning before work. I have my diet nearly sorted now and will post it for approval soon. At the moment im 171 lbs, 6'0 and about 16% bf. My targets are to reach 13st and get my bodyfat down to about 10%.
Any advice will be appreciated.

    It's all about personal preference mate. You need to experiment a little. Personally, I favour full-body routines, but plenty of others prefer a 3 or 4-day-split.

    Wipe the sand outta yer fanny and get in the f***ing squat rack!

    i think a split would work better for me as i work as a chef and am in the kitchen on my feet all day my day off is ussal my leg day atm
