Need a routine 4 times a week

Hi, i am training 4 days a week, but need a routine. I want to know, which body parts should i train on each day, and best exercise for each body-part. I usually do 12 reps, 3 sets.

    You could look at maybe doing an upper/lower split, or even a bodypart.
    Some will stay to stick away from splits but i personally get best results from them, all down to the individual really.
    If on a 4 day then would do something like

    back + biceps
    shoulders
    legs
    chest + triceps
