Need a routine

Ok,
I've recently been going to my local gym and t be honest iv just been going round on all the machines and have realised i need more of a routine. Im currently 16 years old, 5ft, 7in, and weigh at 10 stone,3 pound.
Im looking to increase my muscle mass.
 
So i need a routine 3/4 days a week that will stimulise all parts of the body.

    As others too will mention then id suggest you give full body a go for now, basicallyt lots of compound with a couple of isolations if wanted.
     
    eg
     
    Squat
    Pull ups
    Bench press
    Tricep pushdowns
     
    or
     
    Deadlift
    Overhead press
    Dips
    Bicep curl
     
    etc

    Thanks any other advice? such as advisable reps/sets, that will help me along?

    or a push, pull, legs routine...
     
    Mon 
    Bench press 4x8reps
    dips              4x8
    overhead press 4x8
     
    weds
     
    deadlift  4x8
    pull-up    4x8
    dumbell row or cable row    4x8
     
    fri
     
    squats   4x8
    leg press  4x8
    calf raise  4x8
     
     
    simple routine but covers everything, slowly up the weight week by week if you can, steady to start with..
     
    you could move legs to Weds and do the pull routine from Weds on Friday instead, only because you won't be doing any upper body work for five days.....it would space it out better and that's what I'd do..
