or a push, pull, legs routine...
Bench press 4x8reps
overhead press 4x8
dumbell row or cable row 4x8
leg press 4x8
calf raise 4x8
simple routine but covers everything, slowly up the weight week by week if you can, steady to start with..
you could move legs to Weds and do the pull routine from Weds on Friday instead, only because you won't be doing any upper body work for five days.....it would space it out better and that's what I'd do..
