Need advice on my lifestyle & how to start building muscle

Dear all fellow members,

I am new to workout and gym. I am 34 years old, male, overweight 95kg, 1.7 meter.
I joined gym last December for the very first time in my life - never go to any gym before.
My primary intention was to have healthy lifestyle, and to lose some weight.

I normally go to gym 2 times a day (on weekday) early in the morning 6am before goto work, and evening after working 6pm.
I train myself by Concept 2 rowing for 3000 meters (about 14min) and slow jog for 12min (about 1km).

In term of diet, I switched to vegan.
I take a lemon (juice) + overnight oatmeal (100g Quaker oatmeal, 20g raisins, 350 semi-skim milk) as breakfast
overnight oatmeal (100g Quaker oatmeal, 20g raisins, 350 semi-skim milk) as lunch.
I don't take dinner, but I drink a lot of water (minimum 4 little a day)
From my calculation, this is approximately 1400 calories a day.

Workout twice a day and 1400 calories a day might sound crazy, but I had lived with this for since I join gym last December, I don't feel any suffer, instead my body feel much healthier now. I lost approximately 15kg since I start go to the gym from last December.
{I admit that on some days (especially during Christmas and family gathering), I would eat turkey and drink beer and wine like normal.}

a) Could workout and health expert comment on my lifestyle above?
b) I am thinking to start building muscle, but I have no idea where should I start. Please recommend.
c) Shall I focus on reducing weight now, worry about building muscle later?
d) I don't need a personal trainer to lose weight as above. But, to build muscle, would hiring a personal trainer really helpful?
e) If I continue to workout with Concept 2 rowing machine and jogging everyday for another 1 year, would I get muscle and 6 pack abs one day? Or I really need those weight training to get those muscle and 6 pack abs?

You’re a vegan that drinks milk and eats turkey? Lol.

Calories are very low, you’ll need to increase these to build muscle but do it gradually to avoid putting too much fat back on.

Google stronglifts and run this for a while.

Keep morning sessions for cardio, evening sessions for weights.

I wouldn’t bother with a PT

I choose to be a vegan, but not a vegan by mandatory.
I am a vegan on my day to day life, because I don't want to kill a living just for its meat. But, on my family gathering, I will just eat as normal, didn't want bother my mother to prepare special food just for me.

My problem is I have no experience in doing Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row, Overhead Press, Deadlift... They look scary to me, and I hope to get someone professional to guide me how to do them. This is why I have the idea to hire a personal trainer. I didn't need a personal trainer to push or motivate me, but to show and guide me on the right technique to do all these workouts - Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row, Overhead Press, Deadlift...

Sorry mate my bad, this will go someway to explain the "V" word but if you end up sticking pins in your eyes don't blame me... https://www.muscletalk.co...gan-2017-m5527607.aspx

No worries mate.
It had been my desire to be a vegan for long time, but it is not so easy when I stay with my family. I still drink milk and eat egg, all I didn't want is to kill a living animal just because I want its meat.

That would be a vegetarian (apart from the turkey) 😉

Anyway, lots of lifting guides on YouTube, probably better than your average PT
